Who Makes The Decisions?

Recently I had some minor surgery and of course, with it came a plethora of paperwork.  I pondered how much more stressful the process must be for a hospice patient.  At Hoffmann Hospice we have several documents that are required as well, but we strive to make the process as stress-free as possible.  We have a high regard for the rights of our patients.  Our patients and their caregivers have a right to mutual respect and dignity.  Patients have the right to have a relationship with a hospice that is based on honesty and ethical standards of conduct.  They have the right to participate in the planning of their care.  They have the right to refuse services and even to request a change in caregiver without fear of reprisal or discrimination.  We at Hoffmann strive to be that trusted name in healthcare.  Anytime you have a question or concern, please feel free to contact myself or Ross Hoffmann, Director of Operations at (661) 410-1010.  At Hoffmann Hospice our patient’s dignity and quality of life are front and center.
